About Us

John & CIndy work together as a team. They both grew up in the Bay Area and each of them had their own businesses for 15+ years.  John in the automotive field and CIndy in the underground construction field. Real Estate has always been in the family and has been a passion for both of them for many years.  They sold their businesses, changed careers and relocated to Granite Bay in 1998. They have worked together as a team in the Real Estate business for many years. Cindy has been a licensed agent since 1997 and John since 2004. They have been married for 20 yrs and have two children; Lena 19 who is in college and John Paul 16 who is a sophmore in high school. They both really enjoy meeting new people and helping them fulfull their dreams and goals in the Real Estate market.. Giving good service is something they take great pride in  and have many client testimonials from satisfied customers.
